TECHNOPARK16: a place where businesses gain room to grow
A new industrial park, TECHNOPARK16, is being developed near Kazan. This multifunctional 42-hectare site is designed for manufacturing, warehousing, logistics and service companies.
The project provides for 94 land plots. Its location combines proximity to Kazan with the advantages of a dedicated site: convenient access roads, utility infrastructure and the flexibility to configure facilities around individual business processes. According to the project team, central Kazan is approximately a 15-minute drive away.
Residents will be able to choose the format that best suits their needs:
- a land plot for independent project development;
- a plot with a construction contract, with the facility designed around the needs of the specific business;
- a completed manufacturing or warehouse unit available for purchase or lease.
TECHNOPARK16 will accommodate a range of property formats, from compact modular units to large manufacturing and logistics complexes.
The concept focuses not only on industrial infrastructure, but also on the quality of the working environment. It includes modern offices, meeting rooms, coworking areas, breakout spaces, landscaped grounds, a pedestrian boulevard, sports facilities and public spaces.
A dedicated management company will operate the site. It will be responsible for technical operations, security, cleaning, facility maintenance and support for resident requests. Access control, service requests and utility systems are planned to be managed digitally.
TECHNOPARK16 is being created as a place where entrepreneurs receive more than land or premises: they gain end-to-end support, from choosing a plot and completing the transaction to design, construction and utility connections.
