INTERNAL ROAD CONSTRUCTION IS UNDER WAY AT TECHNOPARK16
Efficient logistics begins with high-quality access roads
For manufacturing and warehousing companies, transport accessibility directly affects delivery times, logistics costs and operational stability. Road construction was therefore one of the first stages in the development of TECHNOPARK16.
Internal roads are currently being built across the industrial park. Recent aerial images show that the road base has been prepared, geosynthetics are being installed and the carriageway is being surfaced with crushed stone.
The project will ultimately provide a complete internal road network with convenient access to land plots and industrial facilities. The roads will be designed for freight traffic and for deliveries of construction materials, raw materials and finished goods.
Particular attention is being paid to a safe entrance to the industrial park. Design documentation has been completed for a junction with the Kazan–Shemordan regional road at kilometre 23+635 in the Pestrechinsky District.
On 7 July 2026, written approval and technical requirements were received for the construction and subsequent operation of the junction connecting the TECHNOPARK16 plots to the road. The design includes transition and acceleration/deceleration lanes, safe turning radii, adequate sight lines, drainage, road signs and other required elements.
The planned access road is classified as a Category IV road. The carriageway will be 7 metres wide and the roadbed 8 metres wide, allowing both passenger and freight vehicles to use it.
Once completed, the internal roads will connect the plots, production buildings, parking areas and logistics zones into a single transport system.
