GAS SUPPLY FOR TECHNOPARK16: FEEDER PIPELINE PLANNED FOR COMPLETION BY YEAR-END
Utility infrastructure for stable manufacturing operations
For an industrial business, a strong location is only part of the equation. It must also be able to connect to utilities without spending months developing technical solutions independently.
TECHNOPARK16 provides comprehensive utility infrastructure across the site. The project includes Category III power supply, medium-pressure gas, individual water supply and wastewater systems, telecommunications networks and paved internal roads.
One of the next stages will be construction of the feeder gas pipeline. Under the current project schedule, the main works are expected to be completed by the end of 2026.
Gas is especially important for businesses that require a stable and economical energy source for heating production and warehouse buildings, operating boiler equipment, food manufacturing, maintaining specific temperature conditions and other technological processes.
Shared utility infrastructure allows residents to focus on launching their own operations instead of organising backbone networks for the entire site. Connection parameters will be determined individually for each facility. During design, specialists will consider expected consumption, the building’s use, equipment specifications and the requirements of the particular production process.
In addition to utility connections, the TECHNOPARK16 team provides design and construction support. This makes it possible to coordinate utility routes and connection points in advance and avoid expensive changes after construction has begun.
